Welcome to Nashville

Located in Davidson County, Nashville is both the capital of Tennessee and the most populous city in the state with over 660,000 residents. Situated along the Cumberland River, Nashville is recognized for having the second hottest job market in the US.  The 10-county region that comprises greater Nashville is home to 53,000 businesses in sectors including healthcare, tech, finance, automotive, music, and real estate. It is also home to many colleges and universities including Vanderbilt University, Tennessee State Belmont University, Fisk University, and many more.

Nashville’s downtown is lively from entertainment and dining to architectural highlights. Areas of interest include the Broadway and 2nd Avenue areas as well as the central business district. Numerous multi-story towers have been erected over the years beginning in 1957 with the Life & Casualty Tower. Today, as the local economy flourishes, more have been constructed or are under construction.
