The first step is a 10-minute phone conversation to get to know one another.  My goal is to ensure you're comfortable working with me.  If you’re comfortable then we'll move to Step 2.

 

Step Two

The second step is to discuss the real estate market and your current housing needs.  If you could wave a magic wand what your ideal home look like?

 

 

Step Three

The third step involves a customized real estate solution presentation, home tour timelines and an overview of the buyer purchase process.

Step Four

The fourth step involves choosing your ideal home, and developing an offer strategy.  If your offer is accepted you will move into your new home soon after you close.

In step 2 we will set an appointment for me to visit your home. We’ll tour your home together followed by a discussion of the benefits of listing your home with Zeitlin Sotheby’s International Realty.

 

 

Step Three

Step three involves preparing your home for placement on the market. The includes professional photography, home staging (if needed) and a customized marketing schedule designed for maximum exposure to reach distinctive and decerning buyer prospects searching for homes like yours.

Step Four

The fourth step involves reviewing and accepting an optimal offer from a buyer prospect and moving to your next housing opportunity.
